Agreements & Contacts
Who they are
The AMRA was founded in 2013 by the owners of Southern California’s first mobile boutique, Le Fashion Truck (“LFT”), as an umbrella organization to unite, educate, and advocate for a quickly growing community of mobile retailers around the country.
The AMRA and its members have been featured in local, national, and international press, including, but not limited to: NBC’s “The Today Show”, The Kris Jenner Show, MSN Latino, CNN Living, Huffington Post Style, BBC World News, Lucky Magazine, Domani Magazine, and Cosmopolitan Magazine. How we helped
TFLG met the owners of LFT in 2012 after interviewing them for our blog. After several successful meetings, LFT asked TFLG to represent its newly developed association, the AMRA. Since its retention, TFLG has played an integral role in assisting with the growth of the AMRA by preparing draft legislation and advocating for the standardization of mobile retail throughout California and by providing legal counsel to its start-up businesses, including both transactional and litigation services.
