Jeff Mackey and Brandon Savoy founded Kult in 2010 to curate and distribute the beautiful artwork that they loved on a first-of-its-kind, fun and easy to use digital platform. What started off as a passion project has lead to the sale of millions of dollars of art from world-renowned artists and studios.
How we helped
TFLG founder, Manoj Shah, met Kult co-founder, Brandon Savoy, in the same artistic
community that brought him together with Kult co-founder, Jeff Mackey, in the Historic Core in Downtown Los Angeles in 2008. After years seeing each other around the neighborhood, at art functions, including the immensely popular DTLA Artwalk, Brandon approached Manoj to assist him with the legal aspects of founding Kult. Since formation, TFLG has assisted with the preparation of a variety of agreements, including, but not limited to, sales agreements, licensing agreements, terms of service and privacy policy, among a variety of other transactional services.
